Complete Landscape design provides you with a set of design documentation drawings for your specific development applications or construction needs.
At the end of the process, you’ll have a complete Landscape design package including drawings and specifications ready for council approval or installation.

At story st. all projects are given careful planning and continual communication so we stay close and connected throughout the process. Every project begins with a conversation: this essential step reflects the responsibility that our work brings, as a stunning landscape can only arise from listening.
We then take you on the journey of design establishment with us through co-ordination your parameters, your site conditions and planning considerations we need to take into account.

Concept Design gives you tailored inspirations and suggestions to achieve a cohesive space. Following these guidelines, you’ll then decide on the layout, choose finishes and plant palette etc.
With Complete Design, we work on everything together, including space layout and specifications. You’ll get a complete design plan including drawings and 3D visualizations.
In case you’re unsure about what option is best for you, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Typically we take 2 weeks upon acceptance and initial briefing from yourself to draft up a concept for your review and first co-ordination of the plans. Depending on how many iterations and consultations we have agreed to, we wrap up documentation typically within a week from final comments/coordination meetings.
concept designs can take anywhere between 3 - 5 weeks.
complete designs can take anywhere from 1 - 3 months.

Yes, we provide vouchers or gift cards to initiate design consultations and depending on what services are needed we cater to your friend/relative’s needs with total transparency of gift card receipt amongst the services required.
To gift a consultation, contact us specifying:
the type of consultation you’re interested in: Concept Design or Complete Design - if unsure just begin with Concept Design.
the space to be covered (entire garden, portion of landscaping, etc…)
the name of the recipient
a contact email of the recipient
I will send all payment-related information to you only. Once approved, we send you a voucher that you can either forward digitally or print and give by hand. The recipient will then reach out to me to begin the project.
